PROVINCIAL CROSS-COUNTRY RACE FOR THE BADGER CUP

The Murów District once became famous throughout Poland thanks to badgers! For nine years, the commune has been organizing the Voivodship Badger Cup Cross-Country Run. This event promotes a healthy lifestyle among children, youth and adults. The run includes an information campaign about the European badger.

The highly popular run is traditionally held in September on the grounds of the historic Zagwiździe Ironworks and along the forest and field paths of Stobrawski Landscape Park.
