MUSEUM OF FLAVOURS IN OZIMEK
The Museum of Flavours Restaurant in Ozimek is located in the industrial surroundings of steel mill buildings, directly on the Mała Panew River, in the basement of the former steel mill management building. The restaurant's interior design refers to its historical surroundings, featuring old photographs of now defunct eateries from the Ozimek area. The brick walls and fireplace create a warm atmosphere. The restaurant seats 60 people in the main room and 20 in the chamber room. A beer garden overlooking the waterfall and the Mała Panew River also operates in the summer.
The restaurant serves Polish cuisine, with a special emphasis on regional dishes. The menu also includes a number of Georgian dishes (and Georgian wines) prepared by chefs from Georgia. The restaurant organises concerts, meetings with artists and, of course, various types of special events.
