The restaurant was born from a dream - of excellent cuisine served with heart, of rediscovering the culinary traditions of Poland and the region, and of organic cuisine created with attention to the smallest detail.
Seeking sources of flavour, drawing from nature's treasury, and discovering inspiration in the immediate vicinity, the restaurant has opted for slow food cuisine: promoting regional flavours and making dishes only from the finest ingredients. Some of these are sourced from its own garden, where vegetables, aromatic herbs and
fruits are grown: currants, plums, strawberries, wild strawberries and gooseberries. These add freshness to the unique flavour compositions.
The restaurant organises various celebrations and events. One of its major assets is the Bajka Bay, which is full of attractions for all ages. Any event or party at Bajka is bound to be something out of a fairytale (as the restaurant's name, which means "fairytale", suggests)!
Exceptional moments require an exceptional space, which is why, in addition to the wonderful restaurant, the Bajka Hotel & Resort prepares attractions and activities for children. It also provides guests with access to the Bajka Bay of Attractions, featuring a beach, bathing area, playground, and beautiful green surroundings.
Alongside the restaurant, nestled in the quiet Opole forests, is also the Bajka Boutique Hotel – a unique property designed in a modern take on the highlander style, with a magical atmosphere and stylish rooms.
