NAMYSŁÓW

With over 750 years of history, the city, located on the border of Lower and Upper Silesia and Greater Poland, is known primarily for its centuries-old brewing traditions. The Namysłów Brewery is one of the oldest in Europe, boasting a nearly 700-year-old brewing tradition. Its uniqueness is confirmed by its inclusion on the National Heritage Board of Poland's list of historical monuments. Other attractions include the restored medieval city walls with the Krakow Gate, which serves as a viewing point, the market square with its Gothic town hall, and the historic 19th-century municipal mill on the Młynówka River, home to the Chamber of Milling Technology.
