WROCŁAW TOWER IN NYSA
The Wrocław Tower in Nysa was built during the tenure of Bishop Przecław of Pogorzela in the mid-14th century. The 33-meter-high tower is topped with a ornamental attic which served defensive and decorative purposes. It could be accessed only from the coping of the city walls. After a passage was made in the early 20th century, an ornamental portal from the "Pod Patrycjuszem" tenement house that had once stood in the Market Square was built in. It served as a prison.
