TRAIL OF WOODEN SACRED BUILDINGS
It leads from Opole to Olesno, passing 12 of the 70 wooden churches in the Opole region. It gem is the church of St. Anne, built in 1518 and located near Olesno – a top-class monument. Since 2018, it is one of the most interesting structures of its kind in Europe, built on a rose plan. In addition, the trail includes: the Opole Village Museum in Bierkowice with a church from 1613 moved from Gręboszewo, the St. Anne's Church of 1687 in Czarnowąsy, the Church of St. Roch of 1658 in Dobrzeń Wielki, the St. Barbara Church of 1678
. in Kolanowice, the cemetery church of St. Lawrence of 1686 in Laskowice, the St. Hedwig Church of 1711 in Bierdzany, the All Saints Church of 1599 in Laskowice Wielkie, the St. Mary Church of 1688 in Lasowice Małe, the funeral church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary of 1662 in Chocianowice, St. Mary Magdalene Church of 1680 in Stare Olesno and the St. John the Baptist Church of 1700 in Wędrynia.
